Puerto de la Cruz: House of 100 m2 and 40 m2 terrace with sea and mountain views. The house has its own back terrace with direct access to the garden and heated pool which is only shared between 4 duplex. The garden area, where there are some sun beds, has marvelous views to the sea. Once you get into the duplex, you find on the ground floor a big fully equipped separated kitchen with an ample different space that works as an office (staff). There is a toilet and a big sitting-dining room with access to a big terrace that has lovely views. A few steps up (there is a safe wooden baranda) there is a enormous big double bedroom with magnificent views, a shower room and another bedroom with twin beds. It is 600 metres from the nearest restaurants and shop.
